JUDGE CLAASSEN BETRAYED THE LAW, BY FAILING IN FOUR (4) AREAS, TO ADHERE TO COURT PROTOCOL & JUDICIAL PROCEDURE; I EXPOSE HIS MISCONDUCT IN (CHAIT vs. RUMBAK Johannesburg High Court Case No. 97/20452 10 November 1998) – OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE, AND AN UNLAWFUL TRIAL: Judge Claassen failed due process by refusing to allow me to refer to Dr Rumbak’s THREE (3) other victims [3 at that juncture in time], which is relevant corroborative evidence, in The Public Interest: The Public has a Right to Know The Truth (Advocate Brian Spilg motivated an out-of-court arrangement for one of Dr Rumbak’s victims); Judge Claassen refused to allow me to demonstrate to the court mouth-damage when I chew; Judge Claassen allowed Dr Rumbak’s advocate - John Suttner (with a nervous shoulder-tic) - to ask a ‘leading question’: [“are you telling the court there are only five ‘straight’ doctors in South Africa - all the rest are ‘crooks’?”, when I referred to two doctors’ lies & false medical-certificates, resulting in Steve Biko’s murder-case being forced open by five ‘straight’ doctors (see below)]. Judge Claassen was hostile & shouted at me, biasing the judgement: this is unprofessional & dishonourable; these are errors in law, making a mockery of High Court protocol & judicial procedure… apartheid injustice & public abuse of legal rules… a failed justice system; this same judge treated a burnt-vagina victim with contempt, awarding a negligible pittance; the doctor implicated fled South Africa… I strike a blow for Justice in my fight to The Death to defend TRUTH… Retired Judge Christopher Nicholson – who states that Truth, Honesty and Integrity will make a better world - encourages me with the maxim “let justice triumph, even if the heavens fall” (Sunday Times 5 May 2019). Andre Brink “A Fork in the Road” pg.428: “there are judges of the Supreme Court under investigation for receiving hundreds of thousands of rand in private payments for ‘services rendered’… this constitutes a threat to the dignity & public acceptance of the integrity of the courts”; and on pg.235: “the trial was in the hands of a right-wing judge, clearly kowtowing the apartheid regime”… Dr David Klatzow “Justice Denied” pg.66 “Justice is the key thread that holds the cloth of freedom together and, as such, it must be fiercely protected by each and every one of us”. “He cried out for justice, when justice was ground under the heel of those whose duty was the maintenance of justice; he saw great wrongs done, and he tried to bring those great wrongs into the light of day, that all men might look upon them; but the forces of civic justice were intimidated by the threats of cornerboys & hooligans grown into great men; the law became what it is: a bitter joke, at which only the devil laughs… you have here, a city made filthy, and cruel, and corrupt” (pg.297 Anthony Burgess “Earthly Powers”) “Our justice-system was one of the best in the world, but it has become dysfunctional and chaotic in the last decade or so, say those with knowledge of the law” (Die Burger 18 October 2018) Judicial Services Commission MUST remove old, arrogant, aggressive, hostile, blatantly-biased apartheid-mentality judges, who mete out what Americans call “a purchased verdict”… 4. ROHAN BARRY ISAACS – Dr Rumbak’s cagey-lawyer, representing Deneys Reitz attorneys – intimidated my chief-witness, who then refused to testify; Isaacs fingered my sanity, after disrupting an Economics Lecture I was giving: Isaacs terrorised me with threats “to serve orders to compel” me into evaluation by his well-briefed hired-gun medical-team, with their false reports of “pre-existing conditions in my imagination”; inter alia psychiatrist - Dr David Shevel – who concocted a FALSE medical report. Isaacs also instructed me to have a CAT-scan (brain X-ray), subjecting me to “radiation sickness”: the report points to Trigeminal Nerve Damage in the area where Dr. Rumbak butchered my mouth. Isaacs aimed to fragment my life. 5. RONALD BOBROFF - my 1st lawyer – played for time, using delaying tactics, then refused to be my attorney-of-record, with the pretext that my “case against Dr Rumbak is too expensive, too complex, and would take too long”; when Bobroff eventually released my file, vital X-rays which point to mouth-damage caused by Dr Rumbak were held back; Bobroff is being investigated by The Hawks, with international Interpol Red Notices arrest warrants for extradition; he stole millions of Rands; he was law society president, struck off The Roll (Sunday Times 29 July 2018); “the law society incurred Judge Ranchod’s wrath this week, for its tardiness in acting against its former president, Ronald Bobroff” (Sunday Times 23 July 2017). Bobroff is fugitive in Australia, with pending extradition to South Africa to face trial, after overcharging road-accident victims; his bank accounts in Israel have been frozen (S.A. Jewish Report 18-25 August 2017 & Cape Argus 12 August 2017). Appointing lawyers as guardians of TRUTH, is comparable to wolves protecting sheep! 6. PETER SOLLER - my 2nd lawyer - sent me Death Threats, and purposely spoilt my case against Dr Rumbak, and was struck off The Roll by Judges Bertelsmann & de Villiers, who stated that “Soller is a danger to society”; the law society protected Soller at bogus investigations; disciplinary head, Mr du Plessis, threatened “to have me removed, if I do not keep quiet”. What is the law society going to do with Dr Rumbak’s lawyer, Rohan Barry Isaacs? Justice Minister Ronald Lamola is urged to investigate & expose criminally-corrupt legal procedures which obstruct justice, medical fraud, and false medical-reports issued by a collusive & conspiring medical-mafia-gang of ‘private-practice’ doctors. 7. MAE NAVIAS, an octogenarian social-worker, who wormed her way back as ‘consultant’ - together with Bernard David, an advocate-wearing-a-skullcap, joined ‘the conspiracy–of-silence’ - stands accused of putting a dagger in my soul, by plotting to have me evaluated at a psychiatric facility, which is mental torture: David said “it would strengthen my case” (who will be felled by this logic?); failing that, Navias blackmailed me into evaluation by Dr Gunther Winkler; Winkler was curious to know how I remain “positive, motivated & strong”, then prescribed anti-psychotic poisons – haloperidol & benzhexol – which cause stiffness, shaking & sudden Death: this is the behaviour of a Nazi murderer; Dr Winkler tried to persuade me to submit an application form (which he had already filled out) for a disability grant on the grounds of a ‘psychiatric delusional disorder’; I label this low-class, crass gambit as despicably-devilish. Mae Navias – as an accomplice – is as guilty of planned-murder as the accused, Dr Gunther Winkler. At a Religious Ceremony on 29 November 2011, Mae Navias pleaded that she is “an old lady, and wants me to forgive & forget, and to make Peace”. HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL – admitting its failed duty to protect The Public - is aware of Dr Rumbak’s medical negligence history & his character-assassination report: his file is kept in a dark-room. “Former Health Minister Dr. Aaron Motsoaledi found the Health Professions Council of South Africa to be deeply dysfunctional” (The Times 7 October 2016)… The World would have believed that freedom-fighter, Steve Biko, committed suicide, because Dr Ivor Lang & Dr Benjamin Tucker LIED, filling in FALSE medical-certificates to hide TRUTH. 1. Negligent doctor’s insurers - BASED IN LONDON - appoint a medico-legal army, who will state that the damage caused by the guilty doctor is a “pre-existing condition, in your imagination”… questioning your sanity!
2. District Surgeon’s and Doctors’ Reports, spelling out the damage caused by the negligent doctor, will be trashed, in order to hide the Truth
3. Your lawyer will be intimidated to spoil Your case
4. If You are brave enough to continue to stand for Truth, the negligent doctor’s medico-legal army will force You to be examined by doctors who are paid all the money it takes, to issue reports freeing the guilty doctor from shouting guilt.

THE RIGHT OF EMINENT DOMAIN KICKS IN:
this means that Truth, Justice, and Human Rights are trashed in court, because “the men with the gold, make all the rules”!
Doctors who damage patients in South Africa, are then FREE to continue practising!

Presiding Judge Claasens in CHAIT vs RUMBAK had an abusive, apartheid-mentality, and he was blatantly biased:
• at court chambers, he was noticeably friendly with the doctor’s legal team
• he would NOT permit me to demonstrate to the court that after Dr. J.M. Rumbak’s botched surgery, I chew like a donkey
• he would not permit me to spell out to the court, details of damage inflicted on Dr. Rumbak’s THREE (3) other victims, which is corroborating evidence – in one instance, Dr. Rumbak admitted guilt, and carried the costs
• he allowed Dr. Rumbak’s advocate to ask me a “leading question”
• he shouted at me after the day’s proceedings, while I was sitting in the Public Gallery

In America, the above biased behaviour would trigger Public alarms, pointing to a “purchased verdict”!
Apartheid-inherited medical corruption & fraud is still alive & active, years after Mr. Nelson Mandela cracked the shackles of apartheid open!

Isaacs was banking on labelling my permanent mouth-pain and discomfort caused by Dr. Rumbak, as a “delusional disorder”!
Isaacs used all the money it took to fight me to finality: he, inter alia, suppressed and destroyed Truth; he intimidated my Chief Witness into silence; he dispossessed me, fragmenting my life; he traumatised me with threats of serving me with orders, compelling me into humiliating psychiatric evaluation by his hired-guns; he paid for all the reports he required, to absolve Dr. Rumbak from shouting guilt; he encouraged Dr. Rumbak NOT to claim from his professional indemnity insurance.
Isaacs agreed, in Hebrew, over the telephone: “God forbid” something like this happens to him!

I am adamant to make a statement, by asking The Public SIX QUESTIONS with regard to medical negligence, triggering reactions, which will make the guilty parties assess all the terrible torture they have inflicted on me for almost sixteen (16) years, while I honour TRUTH - and the Laws of Logic - invincibly:


1. Is it Legal & Right that the South African Health Department has no control over doctors in private practice? This shocking fact was revealed at my meeting with MEC for Health, Mr. Amos Masondo, before he became Johannesburg Mayor!

2. Is it Legal & Right that doctors’ insurers appoint pettifogger lawyers, who resort to subversive & reprehensible tricks to have victims of medical malpractice noosed?

3. Victim intimidation & Witness intimidation is lawyers’ entrenched behaviour in South Africa. Is this evil tactic not a criminal offense?

4. Why is it that in America & England, negligent doctors are FORCED by the legal system to admit guilt, while South Africa remains backward & different? Victims of medical negligence continue to be buried effortlessly, with ‘untouchable’ doctors having free reign, coupled with all the protection they require!

5. Am I expected to accept never being able to chew and speak normally - living a life of discomfort - after being butchered by a doctor with a negligence history?

6. Conspiracy is a convictable offense. What will be done about the parties who networked, in order to silence my legitimate grievances?

Behaving like a Nazi-murderer, comrade-doctor Gunther Winkler asked me how I “manage to keep so positive, motivated, and strong”? He then prescribed lethal anti-psychotic drugs - Haloperidol & Benzhexol - which cause stiffness, shaking, sudden Death… AND SILENCE!
“’Psychotic’ is the professional term for what we popularly know as insanity, and the distinguishing sign of the psychotic is that he has lost touch with reality. He sees or hears as real what is going on only in his imagination, and we call this hallucination” (Dr. Allan Fromme).

The conspiracy-of-silence required further closing-of-ranks, in order to shut my broken mouth: an evil, old social worker, tried to trap me into a soul-destroying and humiliating evaluation at Valkenberg Mental Institution!

Each member of this “gang of professionals” - involved in aborting my efforts to mete out Truth, Justice, Human Rights, and Punitive Damages, by playing down a case of blatant medical negligence in South Africa - will eventually be forced to explain!
They will have to account for their joint-temerity in torturing my soul, and fingering my sanity!

… “a bullet between the doctor’s eyes”?
… “a panga over the doctor’s head”?
… “committing suicide”?
I say “NO”! Two wrongs do NOT make a right!

But I am commanded - without relenting - to do everything in my power to reduce this cancerous evil - by making a difference - so that South Africa becomes a better place for other victims.
I have no compunction about the time it will take, but I will continue to follow through on my Calling with indomitable courage, and to the best of my ability!
If I do not uphold GOD’S SIGNATURE OF TRUTH, I stand accused of selling my soul to the devil, having wasted my life as a Teacher!

A paradigm shift - to retain my dignity - propels me to provide live piano-music, to sooth people’s souls:
